Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your Second Tribe experience. We will accept any unworn and unwashed return with 15 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damages or is in any way defective, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Exchange Policy
We will be happy to exchange your item for you. Just contact us, let us know what exchange you’d like to request and we’ll set up the exchange for you.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Simply print a copy of your order email and send it along with the item to the following

One the return has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email from us. If it’s an exchange, you’ll receive an email indicating the exchanged item that has been shipped. If it’s a return, you’ll receive an email indicating that the refund has been issued.
Please note that if the item is returned to us with any indication that it has been damaged, worn or washed, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. Should this be the case, we’ll contact you by email to discuss how we can make it right.
