What does Second Tribe mean?
A tribe is a community of shared interests, and you interact in those communities in-person, online, through social media or other channels. You share those interests with others, and from those interests, a community is formed.
We wanted to capture that interaction and express it through our apparel designs. We want something unique, but we want it to mean something. We want others from your tribe to recognize you, to allow you to express that other side of you that not everyone sees.
In a sense, it becomes a second you. That’s Second Tribe.
Where are you located?
We are in Alpharetta, a thriving city just north of Atlanta, Georgia.
Where do you get all of your designs?
All of our designs are one-of-a-kind and created by hand out of our offices by our team. We feel authenticity is at the core of our brand, so the from-scratch philosophy allows us to explore different ideas.
Why do I not have a lot more color options?
Every one of our designs is created by hand, and we spend a lot of time capturing the spirit of the tribe it serves. Our base colors are white, black and gray, but we include other colors that we feel best represents the individual designs we create. For each item, we test various colors, sizes and shapes to offer the best balance of creativity and comfort.
We want you to be thrilled with your Second Tribe purchase, and so we choose the best possible combination of colors that we are confident will give you the best experience possible.
What’s the best fit for me?
All of our styles and sizes are what we consider to be fashion-forward with a tapered fit. Neither skinny nor shaped like a tent, we want our apparel to be the most comfortable that you’ll ever wear.
Do you sell more than shirts?
Great question. We are just getting started, but we have big plans! We felt that starting with shirts was the best way to get our brand out there with our designs.
We are working on a lot of ideas that we’ll be releasing in the near future, so be sure to stay in touch with us.
How should I wash my Second Tribe apparel?

Will you do a custom design for me?
Sorry, but no. Our focus is on curating a collection of designs for our tribes, so our intent is not doing custom designs.

Ordering & Shipping
I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
If you received a confirmation email from us and haven’t received your order, please contact us and we’ll get right on it. Depending on holidays, carrier, your location and other factors it can sometimes take a few days, but we’ll get to the bottom if and find out where your package is and come up with a solution if there’s a problem.
How long after I place my order does it ship?
We typically ship within 48 hours of an order being placed. An exception would be an order placed on Friday. If it’s after 10AM on Friday, we won’t likely be able to ship until the following Monday.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your Second Tribe experience. We will accept any unworn and unwashed return with 15 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damages or is in any way defective, please contact us and we'll make it right.
We will be happy to exchange your item for you. Just contact us, let us know what exchange you'd like to request and we'll set up the exchange for you.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Simply print a copy of your order email and send it along with the item to the following

One the return has been received and processed, you'll receive an email from us. If it's an exchange, you'll receive an email indicating the exchanged item that has been shipped. If it's a return, you'll receive an email indicating that the refund has been issued.
Please note that if the item is returned to us with any indication that it has been damaged, worn or washed, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. Should this be the case, we'll contact you by email to discuss how we can make it right.

I’m a retailer. Do you offer wholesale orders?
While our primary focus is e-commerce, we are open to retailers that wish to carry our brand. We do have a minimum order volume, but we’re also open to an exclusive design that’s only offered in-store to help you differentiate.
